from a fat cat who can get away with anything. I’ve been lolling around in this fatsuit for quite sometime now and so can’t wait to meet the little guy whom I have been dreaming for these past few weeks, almost everyday. This is one of my “melalui” days. Sometimes I get so tired that I don’t feel like doing anything so this is one of the days. Dragged my self from the bed to the shower and lazily bathed and decided not to brush my teeth coz I didn't feel like it so I opened the fridge and chewed 15 M&M’s instead and that was my toothpaste for the day.

Dragged myself to the car and replayed 11th Dimension till hubs complained but i just dontt give a … Dragged myself to the office and barely spoke a word and here I am, finally. It doesn’t seem so bad after all.

I'm not great. I'm not brilliant. Don't look up to me because I'm not a good role model. Just trying to get by and struggling to be good at the only thing I know which is illustration but still not good enough, still out of proportion, lacks of color, shadows.. i don't know. Underpaid and currently thinking of quitting, dunno where to go. A good pointer dont mean a thing if u're a designer.
I abandoned my 8As worth of SPM, Science Stream down the drain when I got this art craze near 2004 and thinking I want to be good at illustration and I want to learn to do vectors and digital painting and I do not want to be boring stuck in the lab and absorbing science stuff. I could've learn all those stuff on my own.
I thought then I had used half of my left brain digging through hard Maths and Sciences so I took Art & Design , just because I want to use the other half of my brain. Haih what an impulsive decision I made.. Oh well.

A little H*na T*jima is okay, I still love looking at her pics since she's so..effortlessly gorgeous but now she's everywhere and everyone in Malaysia [almost] is dressing like her and it's like seeing Hana everywhereeeee you go. Aku ingat dulu-dulu, umur 18, aku kerja kat one of the gov. punya tempat di Putrajaya, dekat lobby, kerja jual/promote herba Nutreeherb and ada ramai kawan-kawan Bangi dekat situ yang jual benda lain-lain. Everyone were so friendly and there's this one girl my age jual Avon, I recognized her face dekat skeolah and dia selalu datang booth and borak-borak. All the while, aku tak pernah ingat nor tahu nama dia but she kept on calling me "Yohanis, yohanis awak buat apa tu?" and stuff like that.
So aku asik guna "Weh" bila nak cakap dengan dia and then tiba-tiba one day die tanya, "Awak tak ingat eh nama saya apa?"
I laughed out loud, and she told me her name wassssssssss...whutttttttttt..ok tak ingat. And then dia kata "Padanla awak tak pernah sebut nama saya hihi" mcam comel gila and she was nonchalant about it. Hehe. Truth be told, I love being a promoter at that time. Eversince I started working, stop studying as a Graphic student, I stopped practicing. Practicing on what? Creating artworks. And come marriage, lagilah uninspired as I have other important things to do. Ke tak? Kure said I'm just making excuses which is kinda true as I dont have the patience anymore to just sit and draw my day away.Thus my latest works were all..unfinish. And yesterday I told him that I used to be inspired because I was sad. I was sad and love to dwell in 'em and whilst I dwell, I draw.

But now I'm happy I do not know what to draw anymore

Right the reason I chose Berp is because dari dulu aku tengok die snap itu ini and aku tau die sensitip gile dengan setiap detail and surrounding tapi time mtak die jadi photographer for the wedding, haha gile tak yakin budak tu. Anyway, kan aku dah cakap kau tere Berp. Gigih gila bawak pergi Taman Botani petang2 sampai nak tunggu sunset. Esoknya datang rumah aku nak amek gambar cincin pulak sebab dia kata tak boleh tidur malam sebab terlupa nak amek shot cincin.

Tips tips utk majlis yg aku baru sedar

1) jgn gopoh and rasa nak setelkan sume bende cepat2..kau akan membazir byk duit beli benda yang salah.
2) beli tudung bukan awning utk nikah, and tudung awning utk reception. tudung tak berawning susah gile nak handle. nikah tudung tak awning kerana bila suami anda cium dahi, awning akan terkemek . tapi takpa, boleh dijadikan unsur hiburan pada majlis bila suami cuba mencari tempat yg sesuai utk cium kat dahi.
3) jgn stress utk aim for the perfect wedding because hey, nothings perfect and things r bound to go wrong.
the imperfections make everything jadi perfect. a perfect metaphor utk marriage jugak. oh who am i to talk baru 3 hari kawen? hehe
4)jgn terlalu bergantung pada mak andam
5) kadang2 kawan2 dan kakak dan adik lebih berpengetahuan dalam mendandan anda, feel free utk sumbat 10 orang atau lebih kawan anda dalam bilik persalinan utk betul2kan tudung anda dan mana2 yang patut. Su, Aishah, Ayla, Khairina, Ila, Syidat, Awin, Yas dan Fatin korang tebaiks.
6) keluarga dan kawan2 la yang akan banyak pembantu on the big day, so jagalah mereka baik2. Million thanks untuk saudara mara saya, mak, abah, abag yazid, kak lin..my aunties and uncles and cousins dan sbgnya.

Aku nak cakap aku rindu zaman before SPM stay up malam malam ulang kaji depan PC, kau hantar lagu Emery, the Used, Anberlin, Armor for Sleep, Coheed&Cambria, the Getup kids and MCR-Helena which I found to be emo-annoying but u were in love with who's that dude punye expression and aku hantar the Anniversary and Damien Rice, Letters to Cleo, Pixies, Bic Runga and aku ingat kau cakap Damien Rice nyanyi tutup mata, kalau die lagi fokus mesti lagi sedap tapi aku tak setuju, and Save Ferris tapi kau tak suka sangat. Aku slalu rasa friendship kita based on lagu, Adli, and also drama drama yang aku lalui, and kau asik dengar.

And zaman emo aku, aku pegi kat bawah tangga kat hostel kat Sri Iskandar and aku conteng ngan marker, lepas aku clash ngan ex aku.

Dulu time kecik, aku slalu tukar2 bestfriend. Hafiza or ejot, was my best of friends when I was like, 9 and sampai umur 11 tahun. She chose me. I remember this one time at class, she came to me and said something about her pencilbox and that's the beginning of urmm.. a sisterhood or smtg.

She asked me to come to her house on the following weekend and my, I remember how huge her house was considering aku kecik gila time tu. And bawah tangga ada all these toys, mmg rambang mata so we played under the stairs utk brape jam. Then bila petang, my dad came and fetched me.

Eversince then, we became inseparable. Seriously, her family was like mine. Imagine aku, die and her 14 yr old sister pegi Sunway Lagoon naik Ktm time tu baru 9 tahun. I even went to her kampung this one time but I forget where it was, all I remember was the clear sky and colddddddddddddd freezing water and rumah kampung and so so so seronok and that was the first and the last kampung I've ever been to. Coz I dint know anyone else yang nak share kampung dia dengan I. Shows how close we were back then. Pastu tringat tgk konsert the brothers sama sama with her sis. Sume jadi bila I 9-11.

Every weekend mesti tidur rumah dia wah bes gila and malam2 baca Archie. Petang she would carry me depan basikal die and I had to bongkok sebab dia tak nampak jalan. Wherever her family goes anywhere, there I was. Her clothes was my clothes. Huge watch, huge t's, boy's jeans. She was a bit of a tomboy at that time and my, what a leader. I'm always the follower, so I followed her around. She's like a sister to me. And her mum was kinda like my mum also. Time her sis was dating this one guy, kiteorang ikut sama and snickered behind everytime they got all lovey dovey like panggil sayang or whatever.

And satu benda bodo, kiteorg g kedai and I kuar kreta terlebih awal so I waited for them at the back of the car, tepi kepala bonet pastu bonet terbuka time tu. Tiba2 kakak die tutup bonet and my lengan tersepit kat pintu bonet T_T ssakit gila but I was tooooo shy to tell them so I just stood there and prretend nothing happened and tunggu diaorg masuk and kuar kedai and tak tahan sangat I panggil Hafiza and told her what happened. Doubt she remembers this. haha. Oh well.
I got a huge bruised after that.

And ingat kita pergi rumah Zarith braya and Titanic was huge at that time and so we pasang dekat rumah Zarith and bila sampai the obscene part we wud close our eyes and cakap ewwwwwwwwwwwww.
I didn't remember what happened next. Did we get into a big fight?Or maybe it's just the growing up phase, we lost track of each other and 14 yrs later, there they are in my house, eating my dad's choc cake.
It was a rather nostalgic moment. I thought it wud be awkward, but tak. Thanks for coming. Really trigger my memory la. :)

Referring to one of my older post, as HIMYM would say, things usually do not go as planned when you're a grownup. Say, I thought by now I would've travel, getting into a rollercoster, and maybe pursuing my career as an illustrator. But heck, what really happened was I broke a foot, lose a friend, got a job as a designer at a small company, got many new friends, got engaged, getting married, lose the camera's charger, broke the engagement ring [totally not my fault]. So what's next? >.<

Aku macam ingat this one buku cerita time kecik2..there's this bunny rabbit benci gila jadi rabbit , die benci makan carrot and he told his mum he's planning to runaway and be something else..and his mum said whatever it is, i'll be close behind.

So he went and jadi a sailor, and tibe2 his mum transformed into this cloud and blew his sail to direct him to home, and later he became a climber, and his mum tukar jadi bukit, and then he grew frustrated and he became a gardener,and his mum turned into this flower, watching him and stuff.

I could list out so many things I hate about people, the way they are, the way they were, the way things are.
But for now I decide to let go and be merry. Enough hate. I know the world's getting sillier. I'm not gonna touch on the braggers, haters, extremists, psychopaths, wars or any other stuff. All the sad parts of the world. Coz maybe I am part of that. Part of them is apart of me. .
It's like everyone's getting crazier. I'm getting crazier.

I remember a book called "Walk Two Moons". It tells a story of Pandora, how she opened a box full of all the sadness in the world and that's why there's cancers, wars, and all those sad stuff.

Maybe the only thing we can lean on is God.
And hope.
It makes everything less..hopeless.

Based on my dreams. Got tons of it.

1) u forgot to hand out the invitation cards. So no guests arrrived on that day and u ended up bickering with your lawfully wedded husband after the ceremony, pointing fingers sape yg lupa pas kan kad.

2) you're wedded in a tree, dalam pondok, located at a biiiiiiiiiiiiiig field and the guests yang datang semua duduk dalam khemah ikut baju kaler masing masing macam rumah sukan. -_______-"

3) BLUE, GOLD AND RED PELAMIN OMGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!! >.<

4) You forgot to wear your baju nikah. Instead you wore jeans and shirt and only teringat bila you tengok your sister pakai baju kurung and got scolded by the imam.
And u have to climb down the trees and lalu semak samun untuk sampai ke tempat tukar baju and ended up with no makeup at all and late for the akad.And imam scold summore.

You see, at the end of the day, you're probably gonna end up with..some who kinda thinks like you. The one who share the same principle, way of thinking. I'm not saying you're gonna end up with a soulmate coz I don't really believe in one. No soul is exactly the same and probably that's for the better.. Gotta keep the mysteries alive, in some ways or another.I sucked at writing it's just that sometimes it's better to let go and not think of the past and not think of the people who have broken you to bits and pieces because you know you owe yourself to that person because at least he/she had the guts to spare you from the hurt that's about to happen by putting a stop rather then keeping you hanging like a ..like an unwanted old tire swing. Because ..because everyone knows, leaving someone is always as hard as being left behind. ..

At least the waiting stopped. At least you know you got no choice but to move on and forget everything. Like painting your walls a different colour, or walking to a different path to reach the usual place, or maybe run to a different place, using the same path. Because you know it won't get better just by sitting and waiting. No, time dont heal the wounds. Time just makes them rot if you refused.

So I'll be unwrapping this hideous cement in a few days. I'm gonna write a thank you note for the ones who have helped me pulled this through. Ok let's start with my mum dad and aishah for helping me with the food, baking and cooking and isi botol air so that malam malam i stay up and tak thirsty. Abah for his apple pie, cookies, roast humps[haha sounds funny], and his awesome baked/fried chickens and the once a week Yakult. My mum and Aishah for making me meals and bringing em to the table. I'm so spoilt.. Oh bes. Anf for entertaining me with stories and jokes, and for being there. Su & Kodeng for visiting and taking me out to breakfast omnomnom. My two nieces, Salma and Hanan, for doodling ALL over my cast with my FABRIC MARKERS yes tqverymuch children.And Salma for handing me the "all about bones" book and giggled mischievously -__-" and Hanan for your poor imitation of me wearing my tongkat. And my brother for introducing me to the whole season of How I Met your mother right when I needed something..a neverending something. And for the Cherry coke. Like seriously, I want another tin. Thanks for being the best family ever.! Jyeah.

And not to forget the scene of the accident. Many thanks to makcik, for the food, for the urut, for being concerned and basically, for everything and Yana and all of the family for buying the crutches and taking good care of me while I was there. Sorry I caused you guys so much trouble yah. -___-". :D

Oh yes, and Fikri, for sending me to the Uitm clinic, and chased the ambulance and failed since u dint know the route to Hosp Klang and the ambulance was so darn fast, for buying me milks and cookies while waiting,for the frowned brows, for caring too much and for packing almost all my stuff, folding the pile of clothes and pushing me on wheelchair and sending me back home and for taking me out on weekends, to the movie! yeah! horrific experience but memorable, my foot was bloated the whole time haha and the ride in the wheelchair in Alamanda. Wicked uhuh and dragged me to the toystore for like an hour or so knowing i cant go newhere aha love you anywaysssss. And for your patience. Yeap.

And Ila, for taking me out on gossip dates every once in a while and for being awesome as the bestfriend she is since 14, as always ;). Come back home woman!! I miss youu!

And to Khairina and the childhood friends, the bbq thingy wass the best we should do that more often.
And for those who have been asking me about my condition and stuff. Thanks. I feel blessed, ironic.

I don't usually write this detailed and personal and this is not for showing off or anything, I just want you guys to know that I'm very thankful. And too broke to sms each one of y'all and writing these long msges. You get my point right? Thanks. :) It was great while it lasts.
