In the water I am beautiful

I could be anywhere, I could do anything.
I'm still young, I can get rich or die trying.
But I refused, and so you laughed , saying I'm taking silly chances, losing and letting go of so many things.

I laughed back, because that's just how I am,  knowing you'll never understand.


I
